In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Sep 17, 08:00 CDT
Scheduled - As part of our commitment to provide a secure, high performing platform to our customers, Granicus technical teams will be performing security testing in the GovDelivery Communications Cloud and TMS stage/testing environment the week of September 17th. The testing will occur during business hours throughout the week (Monday – Friday, 8 AM CT – 5 PM CT). During the testing it is possible that performance of the application in our stage environment could be affected. Any disruptions to the stage environment should be temporary/intermittent.

Potentially Impacted Applications and Services:
• Communications Cloud (stage environment) via stage-admin.govdelivery.com
• Subscriber services allowing the public to sign up to your messages via stage-public.govdelivery.com
• Web Services/APIs for the Communications Cloud stage environment via stage-api.govdelivery.com
• Targeted Messaging Service (TMS) stage environment - used by organizations triggering messages directly from their own systems into Granicus via stage-tms.govdelivery.com

Please note, this will only impact the stage environment for GovDelivery Communications Cloud and TMS. The production environment (accessed via admin.govdelivery.com or tms.govdelivery.com respectively) will not be affected by the security testing.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and if you have any additional questions please don't hesitate to contact us.

If you are experiencing a significant percentage of delivery failures to .mil addresses please contact support via support.granicus.com or support@granicus.com for further assistance.
