This notification is to notify you of a third party issue that may impact your use of GovDelivery Communications Cloud

Issue Summary & Impact: GovDelivery applications are sending all SMS messages as expected however some phone carriers are currently experiencing up to a three minute delay in actually receiving SMS messages. This primarily impacts administrators using two-factor authentication to log into GovDelivery. Until the impacted carries resolve the issue, users impacted by this may not receive their two-factor code for up to three minutes, past the expiration time for the code. Please note, two-factor phone calls are not impacted.

Issue Summary & Impact Update: We believe we have corrected the issue causing a disruption of SMS bulletin sending from the Communications Cloud. We are now seeing SMS messages being sent in the order they were queued and are continuing to monitor further. Sending of email bulletins is not impacted by this issue.
